YIN Yoga for Stretch and Calm
Oct 23 @ 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm

YIN Yoga for stretch targeting connective tissue to gently lengthen your body with relaxing music and gentle reminders to find the stillness within. Much more challenging than you might expect these postures done seated and lying down will challenge the wandering mind to remain focused while the body releases the urge to tighten down and just lets go.

Bolsters and props are used, bring your yoga mat, your own props if you prefer and water.
Good for every level practitioner, this is the time to slow it down and bring the jumpy mind to a standstill (if you can).

The primary series is designed to unravel tensions and tightness within the body to re-align it with proper movements free of restriction.
