Hot Yoga Flow

Heat it up to 90degrees and flow into warmth! Various mix of moves and postures to bring your awareness within! No need for tortuous heat, experts agree anything above 90 is too risky!

Bring cold water, yoga mat, yoga towel and hand towel for this sweaty class! We use essential oils and incense to keep things smelling nice ;) Come on in and flow and glow!

Level V Entering Primary

This class follows traditions as set forth by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois with counted vinyasa in sanskrit. The theory of breath and movement control emphasized in a steady rhythm following teacher pacing.

Gayla Coughlin RYT, LMT has trained with Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldman at the Miami Life Center to learn the theory and application of traditional Ashtanga LED and mysore classes. You can rest assured this rigorous practice will hold true to the traditions established from lineage teachers passed on to this day by Sharath in Mysore, India.

All levels welcome, an understanding of basic yoga flow and techniques helpful.

Zumbaaaa!!!!

Zumba Fitness! Latin/World based moves to kick up the cardio and kick out the stress! No need to be a pro, doesn’t matter which way it all goes….as long as it goes! Dance away, forget about all else and just have some good fun!

Bring plenty of water, try not to eat too soon before (might get cramps or an upset tummy) comfortable shoes and clothes and the biggest smile you can muster up =)

Therapeutic Yoga Level II
Dec 18 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

An education based yoga flow class based on Ashtanga primary series. Your success in relieving aches and pains increases exponentially when you understand how the body functions. Be confident to stop class and ask questions when you have them, that’s the purpose here: to ask and learn more.

Bring mat, water, towels if needed.

Hot Vinyasa All Levels

Hot Yoga for stretch targeting connective tissue to gently lengthen your body with relaxing music and gentle reminders to find the stillness within. Moving through postures evenly develops steadiness of mind and control of thoughts.

Bolsters and props are used, bring your yoga mat, your own props if you prefer and water.
Good for every level practitioner, this is the time to slow it down and bring the jumpy mind to a standstill (if you can).

Cassie leads you through power style flow to test strength and agility. Heated to 90 degrees only, bring your mat, towel, and water with you. Guided flowing movements ending with visualization and relaxation postures.
