If you are looking to take your yoga to the next level, Ashtanga is for you.

The primary series is designed to unravel tensions and tightness within the body to re-align it with proper movements free of restriction.

Open to all levels, this class will challenge your ability to synchronize your vinyasa (breath and movement) with sanskrit count.

Call our office at 702-979-9050 with questions, or come to the beginner class at 11am Sundays right after to see if Ashtanga is right for you.
