Hot Yoga with Gez

Gez is sure to challenge your workout…no heat needed but we’ll put it up to 90 degrees anyway ;) just to make you sweat! Firm and tone with challenging pilates style flow movements for a strength workout that will leave you pumped for your Saturday night out.

Hot Vinyasa Level I-II with Steven

Steven will rock the arm balances in this leveled up class! Beginners are welcome though we do recommend you try the beginners classes if you are totally new to establish a core strength to lift up off the floor!

Learn your alignment and techniques with Steven who will show you how to engage for maximum benefit, maximum effort and lengthen your body in preparation for challenging balances.

All are welcome, a core understanding is helpful. Talk with Steven before class if you are new.

Traditional Ashtanga Level IV

If you are looking to take your yoga to the next level, Ashtanga is for you.

Considered one of the most rigorous practices to date, Ashtanga is accessible at all level practitioners (some with modification) to build strength and endurance. The primary series is designed to unravel tensions and tightness within the body to re-align it with proper movements free of restriction.

Traditional LED Ashtanga with Gayla Coughlin LMT, RYT who trained in this method at the Miami Life Center with Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldman, lineage teachers who adhere with crazy glue determination to the traditions set forth by Sri K Pattabhi Jois and his current grandson Sharath.

Open to all levels, this class will challenge your ability to synchronize your vinyasa (breath and movement) with sanskrit count.

Beginning Ashtanga

Great for any brand new practitioner the theory and principles of Ashtanga can be applied to any format you wish to practice.

Considered one of the most physically challenging practices Ashtanga is rooted in traditional methods including meditation, pranayama, chant and of course the asana practice.

Hot Yoga Flow will start the morning right! Warm up and get these bones and muscles ready to take on the challenges of your day!

Heat is only at 90 degrees here, as the safest temperature deemed necessary by professionals, so expect to maintain easily with just the right amount of warmth to loosen you up and lengthen your body.

Bring your mat, yoga towel, water and a smile (skip coffee)

Heat it up to 90degrees and flow into warmth! Various mix of moves and postures to bring your awareness within! No need for tortuous heat, experts agree anything above 90 is too risky!

Bring cold water, yoga mat, yoga towel and hand towel for this sweaty class! We use essential oils and incense to keep things smelling nice ;) Come on in and flow and glow!

Zumbaaaa!!!!

Zumba Fitness! Latin/World based moves to kick up the cardio and kick out the stress! No need to be a pro, doesn’t matter which way it all goes….as long as it goes! Dance away, forget about all else and just have some good fun!

Bring plenty of water, try not to eat too soon before (might get cramps or an upset tummy) comfortable shoes and clothes and the biggest smile you can muster up =)
