I’m interested in hot yoga as a lower impact form of exercise to help with weight loss, but I’ve never done yoga before. What class would you recommend trying, and what is the monthly rate?
Any vinyasa flow is good to begin with, as well as the Moksha Inspired and Yin Yoga classes. We are a friendly bunch, and support new students!
